Terms and Conditions

1. This certificate entitles one cruise passenger to a complimentary base cruise fare when a second passenger purchases a cruise fare at the discounted FunPlanet 2 for 1 rate, which is below the Carnival Brochure list rate.
2. Passengers are required to travel based on double occupancy in one cabin. For a list of available cruise dates and prices, please visit www.freecompanioncruise.com. To begin the booking process, please fax or mail your completed registration form to FunPlanet Vacations (FunPlanet). A travel consultant will contact you to discuss your cruise dates. Alternate cruise dates may be available directly through your travel consultant. Cruise prices are subject to change without notice. The cruise dates available for this program are year round.
3. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
4. The client is responsible for all costs associated with booking the cruise vacation, including but not limited to FunPlanet base cruise fare for one of the two passengers and port charges and taxes for both passengers. Rates are not guaranteed until a booking is paid in full. Guests are responsible for any miscellaneous expenses not included in this offer. Ask your FunPlanet travel consultant about booking additional guests or adding airfare to your destination. It is important that you do not make any additional travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your cruise.
5. Cancellation/Change Policy: Once reservations are confirmed, a $25.00 per person Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes or cancellations, in addition to charges levied by the cruise line, if applicable. All penalties imposed by the cruise line are dependant on factors such as the type of cruise package purchased and how many days prior to the departure date the traveller requests changes or cancellation. Such penalties may result in the forfeiture of monies paid to the cruise line or supplier. Change or cancellation requests must be submitted directly to FunPlanet via fax (604-451-0525) or e-mail (companioncruise@odenza.com). Penalties will be applied based upon the first business day that FunPlanet receives your change or cancellation request. There are no refunds for unused portions of this offer. For your protection, FunPlanet always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
6. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotional or discount offer. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This certificate is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user, or if not paid for by the primary issuing merchant or distributor, who purchased direct from Fun Planet Vacations.
7. It is the client's responsibility to provide proper travel identification including but not limited to a birth certificate, government issued photo ID, travel visas, passport and cruise documents. By participating in this vacation offer the traveler(s) agree that FunPlanet Vacations will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith. Fun Planet Vacations reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s).
